For Mitel 5000 Communications Platform (CP) and Inter-Tel Axxess®, Mitel Enterprise® Messaging (formerly Inter-Tel Enteprise Messaging) integrates and stores voice, email and fax messages in a centralized location. It lets users easily access and manage all their messages from Microsoft® Outlook®, and scales from 4 to 32 ports.
Enterprise Messaging includes auto-attendant, fax library support, call recording and group distribution. Optional speech-enabled directories and email reading capabilities allow users to access voice, email and fax messages via PC or voice-only devices, facilitating mobility, improving productivity and reducing long distance charges.
