The 6110 CCM Enterprise Node enables supervisors to monitor and react to contact center and agent activity across multiple sites/switches, ensuring effective management and utilization of resources across all sites/switches.

The 6110 Contact Center Management (CCM) Enterprise Node extends the features and functionality found in the 6110 CCM core component out to multi-site, geographically dispersed contact centers. The 6110 CCM Enterprise Node enables supervisors to monitor and react to contact center and agent activity across multiple sites/switches, ensuring effective management and utilization of resources across all sites/switches. The Enterprise Node software at remote locations communicates with the 6110 CCM Server at the corporate office across the company’s LAN / WAN.

The Enterprise Node allows contact centers to use a single reporting package for their remote sites or for each switch. Additionally, redundant data collection provides added security in the case of network outages.
